After only 7 weeks of vacations in 30 years, I stepped away from working long hours and sat back and enjoyed the world, my grandchildren, my dogs and horses. BUT, FsboAid was still rumbling around in my head. I started in '07 to seriously put the idea together.

What are the basic duties of a seller? Using FsboAid©, a SELLER will handle signage, advertising and showings. A seller may have the option of placing their home in a local MLS. The FsboAid© email system will allow you to ask questions and receive guidance. You will have access to my email assistance to aid you through the escrow, advise in the buyer loan followup, escrow procedures, loan progress/details and other pertinent information related to your sale. |
How does FsboAid© assist buyers? Buyers need the confidence that they are receiving what they are paying for...a property that conforms to all the seller disclosures and their own expectations. Buyers need to know the type of loans that are available, the cost of the loan, the future of the loan; i.e., ALL the details fully explained by a competent loan officer.
